My name is Jarrid Strand and I am the owner of Real Property Management 360. My first exposure to real estate investment came at an early age, with my family owning several rental properties. I quickly became interested in the market of selling, renting, and providing the services that real estate investors need. Throughout my real estate career, I became specifically aware of the need for reliable property management. I often heard owners’ complaints about the lack of communication from their management companies, or property owners looking for a trustworthy source to have their questions answered. The wheels in my head started turning, and I started planning ways in which I could provide better services, and be more accessible to not only owners – but to tenants as well.

I bring my owners over 20 years of real estate industry experience in various forms and fashions. I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and have obtained the designation of Texas Residential Leasing Specialist. I also serve on the Leasing and Property Management Committee for the Metrotex association of realtors. Having grown up in Tarrant county (primarily in Fort Worth and Arlington), I have a good understanding of the different markets and their needs.
